    That's pretty much the one I was talking about . . All of those Breakfast Burritos that come by at about 9-10 in the morning with the guy-gal who is making a living for themselves and providing a pretty decent little breakfast for a lot of working people . .

    But then the bureaucracy can't guarantee you a good burrito if they don't have oversight . . but then they really don't even when they do . . .
